Rilindja International Limited is a London-based literary press with a singular mission: to spearhead the Albanian Heritage Translation Initiative (AHTI). This multi-year project is dedicated to recovering and bringing to light the forgotten, unpublished, or untranslated Albanian literary and historical texts into English, preserving Albania's rich cultural legacy and making it accessible to a broader global audience.
Through collaborations with researchers, libraries, family archives, and cultural institutions, AHTI aims to:
Translate significant works of Albanian literature that have been overlooked or suppressed.
Publish Albania’s historical and contemporary literary works globally, encompassing a variety of genres including poetry, essays, memoirs, political writings, and fiction.
Preserve the literary heritage of Albania, ensuring that its voice, culture, and history endure through translation and accessibility for future generations.
